Fall Fashion Favorites
Hi Friends. My favorite season is Fall. I love the warm days and cooler nights here in the Northeast. With the change in weather, I can switch out my wardrobe or add layers when the temps dip. Today, I’m sharing some of my Fall fashion favorites. It’s a mix of items I have and love or items on my wishlist. As you read through, you’ll find links to the items pictured, alternates, and additional items I love. These pieces are great to add or consider for a capsule wardrobe.
For running errands, these casual pieces will not only be comfortable but stylish, too. The Vuori joggers are so soft. I own them in 3 colors. Paired with a classic white t-shirt (or this one)or a cashmere hoodie and sneakers (or this pair), you can then layer in the Anine Bing utility jacket. For a more affordable option, try the Nordstrom version. I own the Nordstrom version and grab it often. You can never go wrong with a classic jean jacket or this versatile, long J. Crew sweater blazer. I’m also loving this Alo puffer vest for when temps start to drop. I may have to add this item to my closet. Need to throw your keys and ID into something? I’m still loving my Everywhere belt bag. You can never go wrong with this tote if you must carry a few more items. It’s the perfect piece to transition to work or school.
For a more elevated look, swap out the joggers and add a great pair of jeans like these Everlane flare jeans (I also love this cropped pair from Mother ) and a pair of ballet flats (these or these), Vince Camuto slingbacks or Loeffler Randall boots. The slingbacks are an excellent transitional heel and are available in various colors. I have the boots and love the comfort and style they add. A classic button-down shirt, cashmere sweater, or simple turtleneck layered with a trench coat or blazer will complete the look. These are classic pieces to add to your closet, and I always grab them when unsure what to wear.
I’ve added a few pieces for dinner and drinks. I love this leather skirt, jumpsuit, and this gorgeous satin dress. This flirty dress would work for dinner and drinks or Thanksgiving. I was also drawn to this versatile dress for work, dinner, drinks, or Thanksgiving. Lastly, this tote is on my wish list. It’s always available in so many fun and classic colors.
What are you adding to your Fall closet? I’d love to hear!
